Voor het frezen in RVS, staal en gietijzer gebruik je een van de verschillende soorten hardmetalen stiftfrezen. Bij EcoTools vind je stiftfrezen in de meeste gangbare vormen met een diameter van 9,6 of 10 mm.
De stiftfrezen van EcoTools zijn speciaal ontwikkeld voor een hoge spoornauwkeurigheid. Je vindt ze in de volgende types:
- Type A - cilindrisch zonder kopvertanding (ZYA)
- Type B - cilindrisch met kopvertanding (ZYAS)
- Type C - cilindrisch met ronde kop (WRC)
- Type D - kogelvormig (KUD)
- Type E - druppelvormig (TRE)
- Type F - boomrond (RBF)
- Type G - boomspits (SPG)
- Type H - vlamvormig (FLF)
- Type J - kegel 60° (KSJ)
- Type K - kegel 90° (KSK)
- Type L - kegelrond (KEL)
- Type M - spitskegel (SKM)
- Type N - trapezium (SKM)
Door de geoptimaliseerde geometrie van elke frees bereik je elke keer een haarfijn resultaat, of je nou een rechte slijper of een persluchtslijper gebruikt. Zorg er altijd voor dat je de juiste persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen draagt, zoals een veiligheidsbril tegen opspattende metaalspanen.
